Remove Gmail™ Account - Samsung Galaxy S8 / S8+

Removing then re-adding your Gmail account often fixes login and not receiving email issue.
Caution Frequent account syncing can reduce battery life.
  1. From a Home screen, touch and swipe up or down to display all apps.
    Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. From a Home screen, navigate: Settings Settings icon > Accounts Accounts icon > Accounts.
  3. Tap the appropriate personal email account.
    Note Multiple accounts may appear.
  4. Tap the REMOVE ACCOUNT then tap REMOVE ACCOUNT to confirm.
